Out of Network

Whether you are in or out of network, please call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your behavioral health benefits. Inquire what percentage of the session your insurance will cover, what your coinsurance/copay will be, if you have a deductible and how many sessions they cover.

Payment is required at the time of your session.

Clients are required to put a credit card on file for session payments.

All major debit, credit, HSA and FSA cards accepted.

Good Faith Estimate

As of January 1, 2022, the law requires that health care providers give an estimate of your expected charges for psychotherapy services if you are not insured or you are not utilizing your insurance for sessions. You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" detailing how much your health care will cost. You may ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling your first session. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit or call (800) 985-3059.
